Our friend was deciding whether to eat
our garbage or go back to his home in the woods. As you can see, he
was on the fence! |

...then add some Anticipation, followed

The Graceland Mansion - small in comparison to today's standards, Elvis
bought this for $100,000 when he was 22 years old. Memphis, TN (5/5) |

Many of the rooms in Graceland were "themed" rooms. This one has 3 TVs
in it, which he set up after hearing that President Eisenhower watched all 3
news networks at the same time |
This is not an optical illusion - it's actually green shag carpet on the
ceiling. Elvis took wall-to-wall carpeting very seriously! |

The man liked his fabric! |
This was the "Racquetball Room," which has since been converted to the "This

Elvis' private plane, named for his daughter, was brought to Memphis in the
80s with much fanfare and planning (part of the wings had to be cut off and
replaced so they could "drive" it down the streets to the museum) |
In case Elvis got tired at 40,000 feet, he could mosey on over to his
bedroom in the back of his plane |

Not quite as cool as the King... |
In the Sincerely Elvis Museum stood many of the King's bedazzled one-piece
suits, many with capes. Some say only the King could have pulled off
this look |
